Beauty In Brunch- Philadelphia, PA (Glow Sponsor)- July 19, 2025

General Requirements

• ·       Event Date and Time: July 19, 2025 from 12:30 to 4:00PM EST.
• ·       Location: Philadelphia, PA
• ·       Setup Time: Vendors must complete setup by 12:00 PM EST. Early setup is encouraged.

Booth Specifications

• ·       Space Allocation: Each vendor is allocated a booth space of 6 feet. Which includes one table and two chairs. Specific spaces will be assigned upon registration.
• ·       Design and Decor: Vendors are encouraged to use branded materials and signage for visibility.
• ·       Power Supply: Limited power outlets are available. Please indicate power needs during registration.

Product and Service Guidelines

• ·       Product Offering: Vendors must provide a detailed list of products or services to be offered at the event. This includes any special promotions or discounts.
• ·       Sample Distribution: Free samples are allowed and encouraged to engage attendees. Ensure all samples are FDA approved and labeled.
• ·       Pricing: Clear and visible pricing is required for all products and services. Acceptable payment methods should be indicated.

Health and Safety Protocols

• ·       Sanitation: Vendors must adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including maintaining clean and sanitized booth areas.
• ·       Food and Beverage: If offering consumables, vendors must comply with local health regulations. Proper storage and handling are mandatory.

Marketing and Promotion

• ·       Social Media: Vendors are expected to promote their participation in the event via social media channels. Official event hashtags and handles will be provided.
• ·       Event Program: Vendors will be featured in the event program. A brief description and logo should be submitted by July 3, 2025.

Registration and Fees

• ·       Registration Deadline: Registration is Open until filled.
• ·       Participation Fee: A non-refundable fee of $1000.00 is required upon registration.
